Clitoria Ternatea
Hi, I just wondered if anyone has tried growing Clitoria ternatea, or Blue Butterfly Pea Flower in the UK? It's native to Indonesia, but has also been introduced to India, Australia, etc. The flower is edible and it's used a natural food colouring by MissJulia

Sweet Peas
And another....... I planted sweet peas in toilet roll tubes in October - they are growing well and are approx 3-4inches high with 3 pairs of leaves. Someone once said to get better plants that will flower for longer you need to remove some leaves by Lucy3

Autumn Sowing Sweet Peas
but the plants have gone leggy, and even putting them in a sheltered spot in the garden didn't work as the frost killed them. Oh and not forgetting the pests who love a winter snack on the sweet peas! Didn't do very well this year growing them in a pot, so trying by Sarah Novice

Is this Pea Weevil?
Hi I am still fairly new to fruit & veg growing & would appreciate some help. I sowed a couple of rows of peas about 4 weeks ago and the seedlings are now 3 - 4cms high. I noticed the other day that most of the leaves have been eaten around by Topbird

Early onward peas
it might have been the weather but would appreciate any help. The plants are still growing so have no reason to doubt that they will soon form pods. I think it's quite normal. I think it's called varigation.  Early peas aren't much troubled by poor weather. by Bettyslad
