Potato Blight - which potato to grow
Hi, I have been looking through the forum and doing some reasearch online but have got myself a bit confused. I would like to grow potatoes next year and have heard about potato blight but then not sure which potatoes to grow next year. Can anyone by Emmaandsam Emmaandsam

they will be fine with. The cerifera (blue form of chamaerops) is hardier than the standard green but slower growing, again it is ideal for a pot. The Hardiest palm would be a Trachycarpus Fortunei, but it will grow much quicker than the previous mentioned and once by sunnylou

baskets and take the basket out after they have finished flowering. I also have clay soil and the tulips do not last, I grow them in pots and daffodils in the ground.  I would also add biennials, wallflowers, honesty, sweet rocket. Go with the flow by Snailspace

summer although with the delay we've had with spring this year they might be a little later than usual.  One day you'll see they're beginning to grow upwards, and they they sort of take off like a rocket, you can virtually see them grow, and they'll have by kaz501

Talkback: Growing salad crops
as bringing different textures.   I also grow radicchio but this year I'm branching out and growing various salad mixes.  I use rocket on its own occasionally but more often as a highlight.  Beetroot leaves are good and pea shoots too.   Baby spinach leaves by patricia nicholls

in tubs every year with great success. i grow rocket, charlotte, and am trying nicola and nadine too this year. also i use sheep manure from my brothers farm which has proved excellent results so far. Now I just need a supply of manure! I'm new by Tom Tom

Any garden questions to really test us
amateur gardening enthusiast with the query below please? I am growing basil, mint, chives, parsley, rockets and rosemary from the beginning again. I want to put them outside for the summer but when I did this last year with the same set of herbs they got by Verdun

Can any confirm identification please?
pots last year but none showed up.  I'll look it up again.  It's just over a foot tall and clump is just over a foot wide.  It's been a surprise showing up where it is.       Or .... just looked in my garden at the white campion and my Sweet Rocket by yarrow2

waste fish tank water
Hi, does any one know if the water I remove from my fish tank when I do a water change would help or hinder my fruit and vegetables ? I know my husband used to use it on our Orchids and they rocketed - loved it. Must be good for plants that like by paulchilds
