I have been growing tomatos for years and they have always been reasonably successful. But this year my tomato plants have been developing grey patches on their stems, the patches grow up the stems and ends up killing the plant. How do I stop by Martyn2

Pink jester tomatoes
Hi! Does anyone have any advice on how to grow Pink Jester tomatoes? In the greenhouse - or outside? Are they bush or vine? Do they need bees to pollinate? My mum tasted Jester tomatoes at Tatton Park Flower show and said they were the best ever by ecoteresa

tomato seedling plants
Has anyone had tomato seedling plants which have grown from disgarded tomatoes thrown into the general garden compost bin.  I mixed some garden compost with garden soil before I planted my sweetpea seeds then later found tomato seedlings growing too by Welsh Daffodil

New but Empty Greenhouse!
Hi. I'm a novice gardener but managed to grow tomatoes in my new greenhouse this year. I'd love to grow something over-winter or seeds for planting out in spring - veg or flowers. Any suggestions would be welcome. Is it heated? by Bridget Langham

tomatoes
Does anyone know why the leaves on my tomato seedlings are curling up.  They get plenty of water. Am I giving them too much? Have a look here http://www.tomatogrowing.co.uk/html/tomato_growing_tips.html   This is very helpful.  Thank you.  It by Lizzie 2

Losetto tomatoes
Can anyone advise me how many Losetto tomato plants I should put in a 12" hanging basket. Never grown tomatoes in a basket before. Thank you. I would say not more than 3 in a 12" basket. Losetto grows to about 12" wide. Any more and the roots won by Stacey Watt

which is the best size pot for my toms to finally grow in 8 or 15 ltr pots Hello Fred, I would go for the 15 litre pot. Have a look at Monty's video at: http://www.gardenersworld.com/how-to/projects/fruit-and-vegetables/how-to-grow-tomatoes-in-growing by FRED LEWIS
