Help me plant these plant pots
think even Box likes some sun. Something that grows about 3ft tall would look good, but I realise that the shaded aspect means I may have to settle for something like Hostas or ferns?  Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks They are lovely pots  I have by LeadFarmer

some ideas for things thata might not have come naturally.  Mine are: bergenia, because its huge evergreen leaves show everything nearby off brilliantly (and snails eat my hostas). You do need huge clumps though. hardy geraniums, because they grow by auntie betty

Are Morrisons bulbs any good ??
,I didnt see any dafs or tulips in there.  I buy most of my stuff in Morrisons they are fantastic plants and bulbs, Buy what you like with complete confidence. Their summer bedding are very good as well, if you haven't got time to grow your own seeds by Lavender Lady

Advice from the odlies :)
age (was about 35, I think).  That way I could have gained some knowledge from my Nan whilst She was still around.  That Lady could grow anything, anywhere.  She was well and truly green fingered.  Sorely missed Nanny H x Yvie Yvie, I couldnt agree by yvonne parsons2

Planting for a Philosophy Garden
.I hope all goes well and you find the advice you need. How many plants do you have in mind? What flowers in early May? Wallflowers? Cherry blossom? Pots of tulips? (would be nice, and might be feasible). Any chance of borrowing any nice big green bushes by Fleur Shorthouse

Plants still in flower
garden have had this early start before and unusually I had a lovely show of tulips from early on until about July - so sometimes unusually mild weather gives us a bit more to smile about when we wander round our gardens. Anticipation of what will come by ruth BAILEY

whopping 3.64M or almost 12 foot - a record for me. i'm not growing sun flower's ,I have just been to look my tulip tree with flower's 16" high,The tree has only been in 6 year's and I won't be around when it get to100". by old chippy
