Talkback: Wind-damaged garden
Two branches from my very old beautiful Wisteria succumbed to the winds - it had already suffered badly this winter and just seemed to be recovering from the frosts. My plastic greenhouse with all my seedlings crashed over and ripped and left by elgin-beehive

Talkback: Moving magnolias
it will be before it produces flowers? I bought a wisteria from the same people 8 years ago and it has failed to flower so far. I have a beautiful magnolia soulangeana, I bought for £20 in 1989 after my divorce to cheer myself up it was about 4ft high. It is now by Lynne

Clematis Montana killed during winter
montanas and alpinas wiped out by late, heavy frosts as they are coming into bud and they have not recovered so I don't grow them anymore.  I also have to treat most of my group 2s as group 3s as their top growth usually gets cut back by frost.   Funnily by Robot

, and the berries will save a lot of money in bird food. Thanks, but we've opted for a flowering cherry. I have a wisteria growing in a pot during the summer all the leaves fell off and new shoots died back. It is planted in john inns no 3 compost and well watered i by happymarion

Climber to cover large wall
need to put up plenty of good heavy weight wires for it to grow upon - lovely.  Climbing hydrangea would go well too, though it does take its time to start gripping but once away can cover big areas.  Maybe both, as you have a good large area to cover by Dom
