Hanging/trailing plants in full shade - any advice?
. For winter interest I have added bulbs such as crocus, snowdrops and lily of the valley. I'll have a look for that one jatnikapyar, sounds lovely.   I grow trailing fuschias on my north facing wall, don't seem to have any problems with them.  Hardy (perennial by Hogroast2

Suggestions please
an apple tree I'd love to have space for one. I have a lilac shrub which I keep pruned to about 7ft so we can enjoy the scented blossom then through it I grow clematis to give it added interest.As for perennials I would agree with Lizzie hardy geraniums by yvonne parsons2

perennials I didn't get round to planting
In September I bought a collection of perennials, some of which I haven't got around to planting yet. They are anemone hupehensis 'Serenade', Coreopsis verticillata, Clematis 'Cassandra' (a heracleifolia cultivar), Scutellaria incana, Crocosmia by nutcutlet

Idea's for a North American Themed garden

Help Need With Container Planting
bedding plants that are done twice a year so there is colour all year round. Im wanting to change it to perennial or shrub planting so i dont have to keep buying annuals and tons of compost to plant them up with. What i need is for them to flower or have by Luke Richardson

It's made my day......
.... and suited to poor soil and hot dry conditions... I think these are tender perennials - except in Cornwall of course, so you might keep them over winter.... I would struggle with that... I've just planted up something that caught my eye a few weeks ago and I by Verdun

Identify plant
didn't notice them until the yellow flowers appeared.  Can anyone tell me what they are?  Many thanks.     It could just be a yellow perennial wallflower? If it is, it'll only last about 3 years, but cuttings are easy. yes it is either an erysimum by yarrow2

in May. If you want to reduce the overall work, go straight for perennialsHardy geraniums com ein all sorts of colours and sizes and will go on for years.   Achilleas also come in many colours and flower for long periods.  Ajuga reptans makes good low by Renu

goes or the plastic joints break. I won't be growing anything that needs to spend its whole life inside like fussy tomatoes, I'll grow outside types, but I would like to grow some half hardy annuals and hardy annuals and perennials that like a cosy by cloud8
