New garden after house move
tenant)  I also have aquired from the move an old stone bird bath,which due to drainage holes, I am using as a bird feeding station. I have also put out logs and a medium flower post underneith with a small door. I really would like to have hedgehogs by Jody Lovatt

I put out saucers with bran dot them around the garden then at night rubber gloves on and go collecting they head towards the bran and its much easier to pick them up - then they go down the drain!! Hedgehogs and birds are also predators of slugs by smokeyjack

the difference I have made, Hello Hedgehog, It is good to hear from somebody who enjoys pruning. A lot of people are afraid of it in case they cut the wrong bit. But you can make such a difference to flowering and fruiting if you get it right. My favourite tip by Emma Crawforth

Something is digging up my Jerusalem artichokes
grass large enoungh, just one hedgehog size & I do not suspect him. Could it be badgers? I understand they are very strong so would be capable of digging them up. I have some on my allotment and are about 12 foot, they are monsters. I dont even like them by Briggsy
