can I do? Hello jdjp122, This sounds like tortrix moth. These moth caterpillars roll leaves around themselves to protect themselves - a very successful strategy. Carnation tortrix moth is known to attack many different plant species, including herbs by jdjp122

Rabbits!!
are mediterranean herbs.   b) my rabbit fence is about 90cm tall and is laid so that it runs under the turf horizontally outwards from the bottom for about 30cm.  So far, this seems to keep them out as they haven't worked out that they need to start a long way out by Val Dent

planning for next year any help please  Hello 4711 - Poached Egg plants (Limnanthes) would be good as would herbs like Lavender Oregano,Marjoram and Thyme when they flower Bees prefer single flowers to doubles.If you have a little bit of ground to spare you by 4711

Sage _ Why Can't I grow it?
For some reason I cannot seem to grow sage, which is a shame because it is so tasty. When we lived in Dorset, I tried it in sandy soil in the ground but to no avail. Now that we haved moved to Devon, the herbs are in pots. The new sage plant is in a by Bulleyana_57

basil, chives and parsley
hi all, these are my herbs. what do you think? any tips? I have a few tips. You will get big plants from your Parsley seeds when sown individually. However, not with basil or chives. For your chives sow a real good pinch over the whole surface by David 25

Dying Rockets
Hi all, I recently got into gardening, or in particular growing herbs and fruit. I have tried to grow dill and rocket (picture below).  They have succesfully germinated but start wilting and die not long afterwards.  I have transplanted them to pots by Mizzli

what makes a good window box / Basket
have a herb trough indoors (usually in the living room my kitchen is north facing). As my front door (only door) is south facing I try to make it look welcoming.  I should do a little project and make an arch to go round the entrance.   At the moment I by blackest

Is this Pea Weevil?
of garden soil and lots of spent mushroom compost. Salad crops and herbs were growing in the bed last year. Peas were raised in a similar bed (3m away)  last year without problem. Thanks for any suggestions. Possibly vine weevils  Go out there with a torch by Topbird
