Need a Plant...
mint,a herb plant cats love,marigolds for the ginger and forget me nots effect to remind you of his name and colour. How about a willow with catikins!? how about rosemary for remembrance Forget-me-not.  I know they can seed themselves everywhere by Ryan Lloyd

French tarragon - getting it though the winter
Hi, I have a small (one year old) French tarragon plant in my herb garden.  It's on the south side of a trellis fence inhabited by a grape vine.  The garden is East-south east facing and fairly well sheltered.  Shall I leave the tarragon where by Dovefromabove

Square Food Gardening!
with constant weeding and top dressing with compost to maintain maximum growth and soil fertility.   It might work as a low maintenance herb garden as, if it's sheltered in winter and well drained for the woody Meditarranean herbs, they'd stay in place for years by Jimmy Holl

Greenhouse
 (very long term) maybe using seeds, starting off strawberries, raspberries, herbs etc... Thinking I should be leaving a spot free somewhere else for an additional greenhouse - whaddya reckon? What would work well in each? Thanks Ideally-a greenhouse need by Supernoodle

then the plant still lives. Cut back, feed and hope for the best. I have a huge yew tree outside the kitchen. As space is limited I wish to plant a herb garden underneath as it is a lovely sunny spot. Will the yew poison the herbs? I notice the yew leaves falls by Gail

Creeping thyme (Thymus serpyllum)

ID of plant growing EVERYWHERE!
