herbs in oil
different from the other herbs i use can this be correct do you think ,has anyone else used it in an infusion please,Good luck all Alan4711 I can't see how it could be dangerous Alan. Don't some of those infused oils you can buy have garlic in them?  maybe by Alan4711

Topol and Rasputin were surnames! I always grow herbs every year and get a good turn out every year. The problem is that herbs grow so much that other herbs don't get light and if they are sprouts then they could quite possible die. How can I stop by James A-S

Raised herb bed
I'm planing on making a raised herb garden this year and wonder what plants/flowers make good companions? I have a raised triangular herb bed on my deck which has been brilliant now for past 3 years , I have beds at the back with geranium and also by Bookwormy

planting herbs in pots
Hi I have bought a trough, in which I want to plant a mixture of herbs in. ie parsley, coriander, chives,sage etc I'm not sure what type of compost I should be using. Can you advise. Jean This is a bit of a conundrum, english herbs will be happy by Jean Batstone

A tip on freezing herbs like parsley. My Mum always froze the leaves of parsley whole in a large ice cream container. Then when she required some parsley she just scraped it out with a fork the required amount. It was then instantly chopped by MariaFloyd

This year I have potted up herbs that die down in winter (mint, chives, marjoram) and put them on my kitchen windowsill. Very handy for snipping! What's with the Dill this year ? Mine's grown to over 1m 8o cms and still going. My only references say by Caroline
