Moss
should have a fiighting chance of having a fair lawn in the end. That said, laying paving is not such a bad idea in my opinion. Good luck. Moss is a sign of poor drainage and shade so improving the soil structure under the lawn is the best thing to do by Typewriter

chicken manure
the resulting compost as a general soil improver.  I think, if i remember right, that if you add it straight to your garden, then it has a alkine ph level, which some plants don't like, but i am not sure.   Do not use it directly on your beds, too harsh by MAPS

normal rain this year they should improve next year. To help them along, keep them watered and fed after flowering. Er, hate to disagree, but the time to keep Alliums fed and watered is before they flower. Once the flowers appear, the leaves have done by christine clarke4

mushroom compost
conditioner or as a surface mulch. It's good as a soil improver or mulch on most veg, but especially brassicas. Raspberries prefer more acidic soil so no it's not good on those or other fruit. I wouldn't use it in the runner bean trench unless you're mixing by motorhomer
