Help what's happened to my Tomatoes?
greenhouse, particularly at night. If the overnight temp gets into, say, single figures you should look to try to insulate in some way. At this time of year, it's better to be able to bring them inside overnight if need be, but growbags obviously make by tattianna

Making a cold frame and where to buy a manger.
carpet underlay foam inside which seems to insulate very well in low temps and doesn't seem to get dirty or harbour any bugs or germs.  Ok the widowframe isn't angled down for rain to run off and it can be heavy to lift off - but it's advantages have by Tootles

Gardening newbie with loads of questions

Greenhouse Heating
third of my greenhouse with bubblewrap and use one of those heater tubes(They cost the same as a lightbulb to run)Am a canny Scot lol. This seems to do the trick. The key to keeping anything warm is insulation. An eskimo igloo is heated purely by the body by Garden-Girl

potatoes
first earlies happlily chitting away. I'm thinking that if I plant them quite deep (which won't be a problem for me as my soil's ridiculously light and free draining) they will be insulated a bit because they'll be nearer the centre of the earth. Put by adam murray
