Japanese Knotweed
I have what looks like Japanese knotweed which has suddenly appeared in my garden after living in my new house for 14 years. I have never seen this before. i have had a look at many photos of examples and although it would appear similar it doesn by Graham84

it and stop its progress Japanese knotweed is hollow. Best way of getting the weed killer into,the plant is to cut the stem, leaving about a foot off the ground and then syringe the solution into the hollow. Once you beleive the plant is dead by catrinhudson

. Someone find me a MAN I don't think this article makes it clear that the control of Japanese Knotweed must be undertaken in consultation with the Environment Agency, as the waste itself is classified due to the plant's ability to regenerate from by Jenny2712

of Japanese Knotweed in our paddock, as we graze this area a friend has advised that we cut the stems to the last leaf shoot and pour salt and oil in each stem then cover with black sheeting - is this good advice? I note from http://www.phlorum.com/identify-japanese-knotweed by Dunstergardener

I have japanese knotweed in the corner of my garden it is coming from the garden at the back of my house but it is spreading down my garden I was wondering as the stems seem dead can I cut them down   Some time ago it was feared that this stuff by catherine mellor
