Talkback: Blackbirds nesting in my garden

I bought 3 for my kitchen window, thats what i call service. One of my pet hates is the labelling of plants, i want info as to sun or shade, dry or moist, size, type of soil and whether its hardy or not, sadly a lot of gcs buy plants from abroad by InsaniD

. The yellow centres are definitely like the first rays of spring sun. Thanks for the tip re planting them in gravel. That's where my spoils from the RHS show last week are going to go. I have my mini irises as i call them in front of the kitchen window. near by James A-S

myself with your tips on runner beans. This year Im sowing them around my dads garden as he has a 20ft metal pipe frame which always gives us a great crop. Should you include runner beans in your crop rotation? I was told years ago that you leave them by Hannah_Banana_
