the lawn without killing the grass? Any help would be appreciated. If you had new lawn laid do you mean by a professional company?-if so have you spoken to them? For weeds growing in grass you would need a selective lawn weed killer that works on dandelions by JanBi

, will get you a good start. If you only have a few weeds in the lawn, the pre-mixed spray might be better. It's also worth looking at Vitax Lawn Clear, as it has alternative weedkillers in it that can target other weeds. A strategy of using both - a full by Monty Bitz2

New Lawn; to feed or not to feed
Hi, I sowed a new lawn 4 months ago and it seemed to thrive really quickly because of all the rain in June and July.  It's now starting to go a bit brown and has lots of broad leaf weeds throughout it.  The ground was previously covered in gravel by Nick thomas

Save my lawn
of compost and then reseeding now while it's warm and damp.   Come autumn, apply a general purpose autumn weed and feed for lawns to the whole area.  Repeat in spring with the spring formula.   Don't cut the grass too short either as this stresses the roots by Wilde
