Stinging Nettles in lawn

Problem with new Turf Lawn
I had a turf lawn laid in November in my front garden which is north facing. The turf appears to have taken well and despite no sun has grown several inches. Weather in East Devon has been very mild.  The lawn is now looking a little yellow. I by Devonlady

Buttercups in a lawn
Could anyone advise the best treatment for removing quite an infested area of lawn full of buttercups. I have tried manually removing them without much success so may need to resort to chemicals. A standard lawn weedkiller should remove them, e by Chloe2

Lawn Seed Rotting?
I rotavated our garden 11 days ago. The following day I sanded, added compost and lawn seed. I gently watered a couple of times as instructed on the lawn seed pack. 2 days after seeding it bucketed down for 48 hours! No sign of germination yet by Potsy

Successful Lawn Feed Anyone?
Can anyone recommend a good liquid or granular lawn fertiliser please? I noticed in 'around the garden' that I should be doing this round about now . I have used various brands over the years and haven't a particular favourite. I was curious by Moemye

lawn removal?
I'm setting up a veg patch with raised beds in my new garden which is all laid to lawn.I have purchased some weed suppressing membrane for the paths between the beds which I will be covering with gravel.My question is as the area for the raised beds by Christopher Tribe

Save my lawn
How do I rescue my lawn? It has suffered from the urine of my two dogs, no they cannot go! They did a lot of the damage when they were being house trained as puppies, now they are older they tend not to want to go in the garden but save by Wilde
