weedkiller (the type used for paths)  leave it a month or so then lay grass.  We did try selective weedkiller on the grass to eradicate it from there but it didn't work.  In fact, Hubs swears it grew stronger. My thoughts are with you Asperge Looks like your by Robot

Rip it up and start again....
about what you want to keep, & what they're welcome to take.  If no takers, then dig everything up you don't want. Getting a bit late to grow lawn from seed, you may have to wait until next year, or later on in the year to lay a lawn from turf by Rebecca Longson

New build house, new build lawn - help to start off the right way.
. If the bumps are just a result of poor workmanship when laying the turf then you can take remedial action. I am sure a search on this site will give you some good advice like this http://www.gardenersworld.com/how-to by BicesterTerrier

help with garden shed and bbq area
up the grass (unless it's really nice turf you'd like to use elsewhere in your garden).  If you don't want to keep the turf, I'd put weedkiller down, try and level the area as best you can, put weed supressing membrane down, and lay the patio on top by ian barwick
