Perennials not growing
've looked it up they've needed to be lifted and stored over winter. The best thing to do with all your new plants is to get online when you bring them home and read up about what care they will need. And of course take in to consideration that winter by Louise Boyce2

Waterlogged area
years you can lift and divide them easily with a spade and turn your boggy site into a beautiful area.  Perhaps some ferns too with some day lillies, astilbies and hostas (watch the slugs).  Not forgetting the gorgeous ligularia - one of my favourites by BensGrandad

Anemone de Caen
it is hardy necessary. They are woodland plants, so loose soil and some shade during the day and they will be fine. "I might lift them in autumn, dry and store them, and replant in spring." Consumate waste of time. The tubers are fully hardy and will flower by roxy2

Talkback: Potato blight
I've seen blight on most potato crops on my allotment site. As for my own crop of earlies, I've recently sheared them all, dug up half of them, and will shortly dig up and store the remaining crop. What I've harvested so far have been great by happymarion
