Low Maintenance Garden Boarders for Novice
boarders that are low maintenance but add some colour in the summer/spring months. So far I have on my list white roses, daffodils, lavender, white hydrangeas, mixed peonies and small topiary plants. Am I on the right track? Thanks in advance! If those by Sion1981

shrubs for cut flowers
weigela. She's not a gardener and has two very small children, so low maintenance is key. The area is half shade and the soil loamy, if a bit sucked dry by the laurel. She loves white hydrangeas and I'd love to give her some shrubs she can cut by auntie betty

what can I plant that's low maintenance?
and it looks, and smells lovely, I would like to create a similar effect on the other side which is much more 'soil-space' but don't know what to put there; I love the bushiness and low-maintenance of the lavender/rosemary but need some inspiration by countrybumpkin
