Not all bad news in the garden
not all bad. Yeah also a mix bag in our garden, some have done really well and others like veg not so well.. shade loving as you say Lunarz have done very well for all t his wet..but ones that need the sun have struggled.. hoping next month will bring some by Palaisglide

Planting out pot grown roses
't remove all the leaves in the process. The poor growth may be down to the rose having been frozen in its pot and having poor roots, but it should be making new ones now. Yes, put it in the ground, mixing some blood. fish and bone into the bottom by Dinah

Astrantias not flowering
of a mixed perennial border on heavy clay which stays quite damp and they get sun for about half of the day. If you look at plants for damp shade Astratias are generally listed somewhere, I wonder if they are getting too much sun on free draining soil by christopher2

Clay soil problem

garden dilema!
for that splash off pink in height the back off the border has a narrow channel which was planted with budleia lavaterias dog wood and lilacs for height above the rest ive given my thoughts on what i would like in there but would like to hear some other feedback by green fingerd will
