Mossy lawns
Our lawn is a third weeds, third moss and third grass.  Is there any benefit to weed and feed products? If money isn't an issue, I'd go for a product called Mo Bacter. It's an organic fertiliser which also has the added benefit of being a very good by mummy greenfingers

Spongy Lawn
I have recently moved house and the small lawns are like sponge and full of moss. I would like to buy and airator (think its called that), it spikes the lawn and takes our small plugs of soil, then brush in sharp sand to improve drainage. I know I by Sizeyuk1

Waterfall my experiment
With stones around my backyard i built a nice waterfall for my pond. My waterfall Also tips for lichen or moss recipes ! Well done ... My dog would love that !!!!! It's beautiful, great photos, a lot of work. by jardinier

lawn help!
Hi all, just wondered if anybody could advise on how to get my lawn to look Green and lush. At the moment its patchy , few weeds and some moss in there too. Any products you swear by ? And any advice for upkeep too? Its only a small patch of grass by Edenrose

Should I scarify lawn (covered in moss after a wet summer) before applying fertiliser and grass seed or after? You need to get the moss out first-use a combined lawn weed,feed and moss killer-then when moss has gone black scarify-then at some point by Dick Shanks

By hand or machine?
help! My lawn is covered in moss, from a distance it looks green and normal but as you get nearer you can see its just covered with dense moss. When you walk on it it's like walking on sponge. Now I know I need to aerate it and scarify by yvonne parsons2
