troll. Aren't they tedious?  does that mean we won't be having a deep and meaningful discussion about green plastic carpets? I had some lino once but it was not green-do not have any pictures to share. Hehe Lino grass , mop it over instead of mowing by Precision Greens

If you are going to do this then bark is the best option-turf will need mowing,the grass under the pots will go yellow and you will have to move them to cut grass The bark will need to be around 2 inches deep to deter weeds Lidl are currently doing 40 by Norma Ball

Feeling good
Evening everyone.....what a lovely day it was today, still a bit cool but beautiful blue sky's. Makes getting out in to the garden so much nicer...I'm definitely a fair weather person and mowing my lawn for the first time this year felt great by yvonne parsons2

Getting rid of daffodils
of grass when we came here. A few years' mowing and they'd gone Don't get me started on spanish bluebells... Thanks for the suggestions so far. I did remove the leaves to about 10" below soil level a few weeks ago but they are already showing through again by Topbird

Weed problem
problem with dandelions in the lawn, dandelion roots must grow down to Australia in my garden either that or they have built up a resistance to every weed killer known to man. The lawn however if kept short and regularly mowed doesn't show them. It's fed by Ian Hardy

, they sometimes throw up suckers (little plants) over the entire area covered by the roots. You may get some free ones, which you can detach and transplant, or just mow over them. Suckering often happens when a large tree falls over (and they do). Apologies by Websken
