Rambling Rose
that the numerous roses are already looking weary....gave it water....should we feed, prune, mulch, or all three....we are complete beginners to gerdening!!! Thanks for any help! It is the weather-do nothing other than give it perhaps a dose of rose food and dead by Brycey D

, we feed it with erricacious feed and mulch but still no flowers. Any ideas please. Dai What happens to the buds, do they all just drop? and what do they look like when they drop ie. are they brown?  Does the plant otherwise look in good health?  Sorry by dai

Camellia flowers dropping
of my local nusery, I struggle. Site is most important they dont like sun all day or wind. Drainage has to be good and mulch with ericaceous compost. They also aint fully hardy and frost can be an issue. Soil needs to be on the acidic side 5.5-6.5ph. Its by TW

't regenerate if damaged, and are slightly tender. I lost mine early last year, it looked iller and iller through the previous season as well. I put loads of leaf mould and compost round it as a mulch, but it still turned its toes up. by Ali James

, make sure it's in a sunny position (if we ever get any sun) and kept moist. Thanks for the advice. I did use specific rose fertiliser and mulched with well rotted manure but didn't change any of the compost, so will try what you suggest. by lilly3

`t forget to feed with a high Potash feed as this will also encourage flower bud. Then mulch to hold in the moisture. Hope that helps and good luck. by jessiebelle

Rhubarb
of crowns that theyre overcrowding each other. they need a bit of room. also rhubarb loves a good feed - horse manure or similar on the bed in winter and a good mulch too when they re re growing - you might get few more stalks then. good luck Thanks - both by Daffodiljan

Weeds and compost!
generated inside is enormous, killing off any living thing. By the next spring, I have bags of - effectively - mulch. Comes in very handy. by Rosie27

Wallflowers and roses
. Maybe the theory is that if you are feeding/mulching the soil for your roses you may get more lush green growth but fewer flowers on your wallflowers?       That could be it. The person who told me about this has had the information passed down through by artjak
