Hedgehogs

Sparrowhawk dilemma
's no nice way to do this, you are upsetting the balance of nature by feeding the birds in the first place. I've swapped my bird tables for nesting boxes and organic gardening so I can still enjoy the wildlife without too much interfering. Perhaps, phase out by jean riley

get fed live food that time of the year but I had a fat cake up one year and the adults were taking that into the nest box which is absolutely catastrophic for the chicks, may be because there was a lack of live natural food. So I now only put out by Antonia

that the computer dates all the photos or rather the camera does. It was all such a hassle pre-digital and took valuable tine away from gardening. your lilac irises look superb. It starts with the sad state of the garden as with yours but we can look forward to much by Flowers

...plants never fail to surprise me! After picking up 4 X 50p boxed bargains from the GC back in...March, I have nurtured the Rudbeckia and Astrantia into leaf and both are doing well and whilst the Anemone pushed up some tiny shoots in the early days, it has yet by Wintersong
