strawberries, spring onions, garlic& tomatoes
planter best?? ive tried a terracotta planter before but it was disasterous, top too wet, soil washed out, bottom was bone dry and birds took the rest. tomatoes; pot or compost bags, i have 2 varieties on the go shirley and gardeners delight. spring onions by realnewbie87

Crop Rotations in raised beds
HI My raised bed crop rotation consists of Bed 1: Brassicas Bed 2 Legumes and onions, strawberries Bed 3 salad, parsnips, sweet potatoes, carrots, radish Where in my rotation could I add another extra raised bed of white red and japanese onions by Rosie27

Rust/falling over
on that is to blame. What we'd like to know is what is safe to grow on the same area once it's been dug over? Also, our onions are falling over. Can anyone advise on this? There is no sign of onion rot or suchlike....we dug one up and had it for our dinner (not on it by Ady&CaroleAnn

Completely new to veg growing
out and get and then cook it I love sugar snaps but i find they are a bit too much money to buy in the supermarkets. Onions, I use a lot of so think these would be good as well. Are these easy vegs to start off with? Any advice about what seeds to get by jackie frost

Buying plants on ebay
I bought walking onions on ebay a little while ago, and they were killed off by the sudden severe weather. i would not have bothered, but the seller  cavens9460, had stated they were fully hardy. Clearly this was wrong, and they sets I had purchased by mowfolk

hi i have an empty polytunnel and want to use it now . what crops can i grow undercover that have no heat . i have had lots of tomatoes and spring onions and beetroot in there this year any suggestions welcome thanks. by djwingnut

what's people in the north west growing at the moment.
i got me onion's started and  thinking about starting me beetroot off . an other suggestions . am in the north east, have garlic and shallots planted out I am in the Midlands and have my onions, shallots and garlic planted Im new by Drlloyd

What is this....
