Talkback: Jersey Tiger moths
overwintered well, and devoured all my early comfrey plants. They look very exotic in their black and red flying round in the day time! I found the hindwing of a Jersey Tiger on my patio 12th Aug. adj. to my moth trap which was running a UV light the previous by Richard Jones

i saw the first bumble bee of the year on sunday on one of my patio pots obviously enjoying the first warm weather fo the year, it was mainly black and large but with a small amount of orange at the base of it's tail. I have a cold but thought a by sunshine angel
