Picking kale
I've grown some kale for the first time this year, it is quite leafy now although not amazing (I think I sowed too late). How do I pick it? Do heads form or do I just pick leaves individually and if so, start picking from the top or bottom of them by CottageGardenFairy

Is it Ok to keep picking rhubarb
Hi, I thought i'd seen a comment about picking rhubarb recently but cannot find it despite using the search facility. Having neglected my rhubarb plants for a while, they are now really big with some very big stems. Is it OK to pick and eat this now by sthlndngrower

Cherry picking problem
my morello cherry before it is ripe - they descend in a flock on the tree at about 4 a.m. and snaffle the lot, just leaving the pips hanging there. I've never had the problem with leaves being picked, though. Pigeons is right. Ours have stripped all by paull2
