Truffles?
between the surrounding earth and the tree stump. Knocked one "group" off with my foot, it was a bit dark but I think they were a lighter colour inside. I am very cautious about mushrooms and have heard tales of illness and worse from picking and eating by ghog

://www.kew.org/plants-fungi/Hyacinthoides-non-scripta.htm     It doesn't say anything about picking the flowers being forbidden and I doubt that she wants to put bulbs on her wedding cake, but as all parts of the plants are poisonous I wouldn't recommend using the flowers either. I think you can get a spell by lynne ashton

little tired already and I'm concerned that the fleece is preventing enough light etc getting through....(the best looking shoot was just outside the fleece)......should I just do away with the fleece, or are they still in danger of getting picked by Brycey D

Banana Plant Problem
as if it is dying. We kept it in a sheltered position but have now moved it in to the back garden and put it in the sun and I hope it will pick up. Has Anyone had this problem? if so, can anyone suggest what I can do to help it survive? any answers would be greatley by Petew

Propagating and Growing Bilberries
I haven't seen bilberries for sale in greengrocers/supermarkets for decades, but I remember the wonderful bilberry pies my Granny baked back in the 1950's, probably with fruit she picked in the wild.  I would really love to grow my own but hear by BrendaScott53

Winter Pansies
culprits. Is it mild where you are? The slugs are still active in my garden, but luckily, so are the frogs! Kate I find slugs eating mine all the time and it sounds like them. Go out when it is dark with a torch and pick them off and kill them. by AnnabellaMowbra

Hi Kate lovely storey,I have been redecorating the kitchen over the last two days only to keep finding ladybird larve all over the walls inside and out I keep picking them off with a card as not to damage them and putting them on the plant by oldchippy

Sunflower Problems
inches tall and are in cells about 3 inches deep. If its a water/feed problem will they grow out of it ? I'd pot them on- hopefully they'll pick up. by Ken Sharp
