Last year I planted two tall lobelia (one pink and one red) and also a rudbeckia. I'll admit I haven't had either of these before and didnt know what to do at the end of the season other than harvest some seeds (which I have sown now in plug trays by miss.understood81

Can anyone give me some advice on this plant?  I bought some as it said they were good ground cover and they had lovely double pastel pink flowers but when I looked on the internet for more information some said that they were very invasive by green as grass

Can anyone help identify this plant?
It grows about 80cm and self seeds, this is a seedling from my nans garden, but she has it growing in the soil and in the cracks between her house and path. The leaves are green and the flowers stand tall and are daisy like, pale pink in colour by mdw84

Front garden re-design
has reduced the amount of flower beds by putting sleepers in and then gravelling the centre section, which is much better and should be easier to manage.  Since this photo I have put a few pots on the gravel with winter pansies and viola, and tulips by mazzycheshire

Talkback: Small trees as hedging plants
I came across a tree that had two types of blossom.... bemused by this I investigated and found that the larger tree with white blossom was wrapped totally around the smaller tree with pink blossom. They both flower in spring and I look forward by sandie

Invasive Plant/weed
A large pink flowering plant has grown up in my garden which has spread all over the garden.  I believe it is some sort of invasive weed ( I have checked the Himalayan Balsam but it does not seem the same).  I cut back the stems and flower by Eileen2

Comfrey?
or no Couldn't find one of mine, is it like this? http://www.ukwildflowers.com/Web_pages/symphytum_grandiflorum_creeping_comfrey.htm Yes it is sort of like that but no dark spots and the flowers are pink and blue. It does creep and spread. I don't think by Jigsaw Gill
