frosted jade plant

. Presumably temporary as you wouldn't want to risk rooting. Not particularly my cup of tea but quite attractive nonetheless. Maggie, I just want to say that you should not throw the pruned stems away. Save them for supporting other plants later in the year by MAGGIE BRAY

Ice-cream Penstemons - 'Melting Candy'

Teaching a rose to climb
My Gertrude rose was planted about 2 months ago and is about 50 cms high already and has some buds and the colour can be seen easily. It was planted about 50 cms away from the fence but is making no attempt to climb. What do I do?  Will it grab by erica londonii

properly it should last years. You need the wires to be hedl at least one inch, and preferably 2 away from the supporting structure to allow air to circulate behind the growing plants and thus reduce diseases such as mildew. by Frozz
