Care for bedding tulips after flowering
nearly all tulips as annuals, they are cheap enough now to do that - compare with a half way decent plant for example.  When autumn comes I just replant the area or pots I want with new bulbs, and if any of last years arrive as well, that is a lovely by Debbs

Leaving tulips in the ground

Talkback: Your tulips were made for kissin'...
't grow, was the pot too shallow at 8 inches? Strangely they seem to be putting up shoots this year. I am new to tulip planting, and have put them into pots which are currently kept under my carport. It is light and protects from any frosts. My question is by kathleenc

Sprouting Tulip Bulbs
I bought some Tulips in September and waited until now to plant them (avoiding Tulip Fire as advised), but when I opened the bag I found they were all sprouting. One already has an inch long shoot. Is this too early? Did I not store them cool enough by Pebble Garden

Monty Don showed these lemon wallflowers on gardeners world on 27.4.2012 they were planted with white and lemon tulips. Can anyone tell me where to buy the plants or the seeds. I bought a yellow one from B&Q a few years back-in fact cuttings taken by Gill6

Morrisons Tulips
I bought packs of tulips from Morrisons last autumn for about a £1 for a  pack of 10.  Was not sure what to expect when they bloomed.  I can say they are absolutely beautiful.  I bought a cream with pale green edge and a dark mauve by Lavender Lady

Tulips
I planted tulips in a large planter, but because I only have a small garden, I need to take them out and replace them. I'd really like to keep them, but can I just let them dry off and replant the bulbs in the autumn? I don't have any space to heel by snowy43
