Spring Bulbs
I have daffodils, tulips and other spring bulbs which are planted in containers and have now finished flowering.  The foliage is still green especially on the daffs.  I would now like to empty the pots for veg planting and some summer bedding plants by Jante

Too chilly to plant now?
can start perenials off early for an autumn planting. I think its best to only grow wallflowers once in the same place though. You could still plant daffodils and tulips, you will find some good bargains in the garden centers. Most daffodils flower by CuriousGardener

Can anyone identify?
Can't remember what these bulbs were and wondering what these tall things are.  The only things I remember planting which I'm not sure about how they look when they come up were two different kinds of alliums and ranunculus.  These look like tulips by yarrow2

Jewell garden - suggestions
Pick your collective garden brains here. I have a jewell border, based loosely on one that was at Chelsea a few years ago. Through my Carex bronzita jewell coloured plants grow up.   I have peone 'Buckeye bell'. Salvia nemerosa carradonna, Rose by Matty2

clematis leaves trouble
Hi, I've got a trouble with a clematis (multiblue): the leaves of clematis turn grey-silver, though the plant looks healthy. I went to my local garden centre, and they never saw this, don't know what it is. They advised to feed the plant by nadiamaz
