What have you achieved in the garden after a bad day at work?

Fig tree maintainance?
I split the roots of a very large old fig tree about 8 years ago giving me 14 plants. I have kept five and they grow very healyhily every year. I have only had ripened figs twice. The trees do produce small fruit but do not grow to ripening size. I by Tony Folkes

Can you tell me what this is
Can anyone please tell me what this plant is??? is it suitable for outdoors?, if so what protection is needed over winter? can i take cuttings, if so how? I bought it and have no idea what it is, I just thought it looked lovely! No tags by Lillix

compost bin alive with slugs
'm quite happy for all the other little critters to be in there, I'm just particularly prejudiced against slugs! They've always been a particular problem and, after the weather we've had this year, it's worse than ever.  Even planting 'slug resistant by jcoogs

Biten by unknown bugs

Begonia looks odd !
and when did you start them off? If you have a picture then please post it, someone here will know what is up with them.  I'll post the photos tomorrow. I overwintered them in the shed.  They took a long time to shoot before I planted them out in the garden by Chris 7

Buddleja
Moved house last year, lots of plants too big for thier place and too crowded, but a particular problem is the Buddleja, its like a small tree, thick 3' + trunk, huge top heavy crown, overall about 7' tall, I pruned it last year but it still got so by Sizeyuk1

Clematis montana problem
they strip a whole plant?   Scratching post for some animal/cat perhaps? BTW leaves are dying back now anyway, so that's normal, unless the stem scratches are deep enough to have damaged the internal parts? J. Thankyou Alina, I appreciate the advice.  Yes by SNAPDRAGON63

christmas is coming!
,from fancy patterned ones to ordinary boring type.I have a shed full of pots of every size,although I am a sucker for those fancy ones.I think really if given  a choice (and I am grateful for anything) a garden voucher so I can indulge in more plants by flowering rose
