Orange flowers
they are out. Orange Welsh poppies will flower through the late spring and summer. You could also go for some annuals as California poppies, pot marigolds (saw some beautiful marigolds at Harlow Carr yesterday). I too love orange flowers, mixed with blue by christopher2

that no more seed is produced. I am nearly there in getting rid of it, maybe this year, maybe next. The other  is the Greater Celandine, Chelidonium majus, a member of the poppy family. It is grown as a herbal / homeopathic plant in wild gardens, and spreads by lucky3

to be dealing with greenfly :( my dwarf lilliput pear tree .that i bought last year..has not blossomed yet ..it is a self fertile pear tree..but no sign of blosssom I mentioned above that the bees had not really treated our Poppies with much interest this year by Murray Fortescue

seed trouble
Hi all, am finding planting seeds a bit hit and miss, is this normal or am i doing something wrong, zinnia, cosmos, marigolds, some dahlias and a few sea holly came up lovely but naga chilli didnt show or stock, aster, red rudbeckia and poppies by Buttercup123

What's it like in your garden?
patterns, for instance, last year my poppies were already half grown in early April while my Acanthus was still a ripple of emerging leaves come early May whereas this year, the poppies have been slower and the Acanthus is already at a sizable leaf. My by Wintersong
