Soft seed potatoes
Hi, first timer growing potatoes. I bought the seeded pots about 6 weeks ago now, Scottish javelin, red rooster & Charlotte . I'm only just getting round to planting them this weekend. All will be grown in pots, is there any advice out there before by Beverley Hynd

and plant the potatoes. As the stems grow put another car tyre on the first one and fill with compost. Keep this going until you have about 4 car tyres and keep the compost well watered. When it comes to harvesting you just remove the tyres one by one by softyglo

Feeding potatoes in bags.
I was advised to feed my potatoes which are in bags. They are growing nicely and have reached the top of the bags. Due to all of the rain we have had , the compost is really wet so making it impossible to water any feed in. Should I be covering by Nidge

Potatos after Jerusalaem Artichokes
Hi, Just dug up all my artichokes as, I need the bed for other things. Can I follow them with potatos? I'm not sure what they are classed as so I don't want to plant the same crop category in the same bed.   Artichokes are going elsewhere.   Regards by Andrew Kenneth
