be raised indoors to plant out later in spring when the weather is warmer (usually towards the end of May).Also Ben, do have a go growing potatoes in pots. You'll find lots of advice on how to do this on web sites.Enjoy yourself, and have a productive year by Toni Lee McCulloch

net over them can anyone help? Chop a red onion into a pan, sweat it but don't fry it, add thin strips of zuchinni sliced lengthways (I use a potato peeler for this bit), add some fresh coriander leaves and a small fresh chilli pepper. Allow by Ruffy

potatoes,beens,carrots and onions red/white over the winter do I use sacks made of paper or sacking.I also moved a gooseberry bush in Feb and it appears to have died should I leave it to see what happens next year how do i get rid of mares tail. I am a new by Keith Powney

made apoint of asking if he used any products containing the chemical and he assured me he didn't.My potatoes are looking distorted and some other crops are not looking to good, not sure what the futures holds.I don't think farmers are aware by Jane Moore

have suffered a total potato crop loss three years ago it was just over a hundred kilos that rotted in my garage due to blight. I read up on a cure but wanting to stay organic I found that the only recomended spray for organic gardening is Bordaux by LGNOTTS

around £10 works very well indeed. hi can anyone tell me what to do with my potatoes. they are growing extremely tall and leggy, they are in bags, and when I looked to see if there were any tubers, there were none. Only one plant has flowered so far. I by kaycurtis
