Potatoes grown in a sack
.Hi, I am sorry if this is a simple question but I have not been able to find an answer elsewhere. I am going potatoes in a sack for the first time.  I should get some ‘earlies’ in late June / July and a main crop in September.  My question is after by Gmitch2000

Grapes growing instead of potatoes!
Went to inspect my crop in the greenhouse and there are large bright green grape like things on top of the earth.  Are these undergrown potatoes or an invasion of alian beings?! I would say under grown potatoes. Have you been earthing up? DO NOT eat by Julie J

Planting Potato for Christmas Day
Is it possible to have new potatos for christmas lunch.  I am thinking about planting potato's in a pot or some form of planter for Christmas is this possible.  I have never grown veg and only this spring I have grown some plants from seeds and so by Chris9

Ive just found some Carra seed potatoes in my shed today that i had forgotten about, unfortunately i have no space on my allotment to plant out. I recently read on the forum that it was ok to grow spuds in compost bags. I havent tried this method by Edentoy

harvesting my early potatoes
I started Pentland Javelin potatoes in a bag at beginning March, and gradually earthed them up. They have plenty 'top' on them. Can anyone tell me when they are they likely to be ready, please? Thanks, Maggie Should be ready mid July. Thanks Edentoy by staffsmags

Allotment Potato Blight
We have 48 allotments on our site here in Anglesey, and we were hit severly this year with blight. What advice would you give for growing potatoes in 2013, yes we know about rotation etc, we are organic, so limited to soil treatment, please advise by HomemanLL

Vales Emerald Potatoes.
potatoes, nice and clean. Then I cooked them as I normally cook potatoes, with some springs of mint, to have with a salad for tea and what a disappointment. They were not nice at all. They broke up in the water, and tasted of absolutely nothing. The Maris by lovetogarden
