Catananche - how to propagate?
should wait until it sets seed? Any thoughts gratefully received..... They are a short lived perennial, but can be propagated in several ways, You can split up a clump in spring, You can take root cuttings in winter, or collect and sow your own seeds by Jontydoggle

Cannot propagate new guinea impatiens
Usually I'm successful taking cuttings but......I cannot propagate my new Guinea impatiens. I remember someone saying a while back that he or she has successfully taken cuttings. Tried in water and in mpc but no luck. Was hoping for a good batch by Verdun
