Overwintering

Some of my seedlings have a green algae on top of the compost. It seems to be on any of the pots that have been in propagators. Any ideas why this is happening? Is it because they aren't getting enough light and can i stop the spread? They're too by The Slap-Dash Gardener

PBR protected or not?
Hello, I want to start a small back yard nursery and I'm trying to make a selection of plant variaties to propagate. Often the variaties I want to use  are PBR protected and so not allowed to propagate for commercial purpose. Can somebody tell me by spieterspater
