I have an euonymus alatus bush which is looking very sad for itself at this time of the year. When should I prune it and by how much? I wouldn't prune it at all, it's much more attractive if allowed to grow naturally.  It'll soon be leafing up by sunshine in the garden

OOOh I did laugh at the jobs for next week--- pruning flowering currant and forsythia! Ours, and also even daffodilts, are nowhere near flowering- the incessant snow and cold being the culprits. I think mine might be ready to prune about June!!!! I by MaggieL

when should I prune fushias - I live in North Devon Hello Annie, I know that fuchsias can look a bit messy in the winter and it's tempting to cut them down. However you need to wait for spring. When they begin to sprout again, you'll be able to see by annie11
