Looking for plant suggestions

Is my Bramley Apple Tree dead?
the bark peeling off them and the branches look as if they are dying if not dead.  This year I note that not one of the branches seems to have produced any buds or leaves. I haven't pruned the tree and I am wondering if I have neglected it.  The tree has by Heafybeafy

Conifers perishing?
frosts earlier in April. Depending on type of conifer I would be tempted to prune it off. New growth might just hide it though. by aladdinsane33

help with ornamental tree choice
nursery so it can't be that rare. Choisya ternatta ...Mexican orange blossom.  Evergreen. Mound forming. Bay scented glossy leaves. Glorious air filling scent of orange/vanilla in spring and early summer.  Looks good all year round.  Easily pruned by Stevetheclueless

Blocking a wall
- white, or, red or pink - and can be trained (pruned) to go against a wall. You could put up posts in front of the wall and attach a trellis. by liesel

Common Laurel Hedging?
to cut. If you use a hedge trimmer you will slice through some of the leaves which will then turn an unsightly brown colour. Best to prune the individual stems, which takes longer but looks better. 80m is a very long hedge. As each plant can grow at least by William Nicholson

...is rich green, richly scented evergreen  that can be pruned to nice topiary shape.  Taxus Standishii is lovely erect yellow conifer and Taxus Coppershine is orange in spring turning to yellow in summer.  Easy conifers resistant to scorch or browning by Caz8

What to do with lemon plants
not know is that you can prune lemons to make them small enough to bring indoors if you want to - I wouldn't do it too hard, but they do re-grow well. Good luck! by Blueboots
