Cut Flowers for September Wedding Bouquet?
I'm finally getting married to my partner in mid September this year!  As a hands on kind of person I'd love to be able to plant and grow some of my own wedding flowers. I am looking for a selection of vintage style flowers that work well togeher by Rachel Helen

backardee i will try one of those Mine push up through just about any herbaceous perennial, but are particularly nice through alchemilla mollis as they flower lime green under the purple alliums, or through persicaria 'dimity' as that flowers well after by Aliesh

Wedding Flowers

Plant ID's please!
Hellebore-Helleborus foetidus. Number 5...I have it in my garden or should have but it certainly isn't flowering yet.... it is Purple Toadflax-Linaria purpurea. Hi Nola,  Thank you very much, no.3 is definately Sildalcea and No.4 could well be a Hellebore by lennyboy

Perennial wallflower
those in the garden are looking very sorry for themselves as most of the leaves have gone and those that are left are a dark purple probably meaning they will fall off.  However, flower buds are starting to appear but the overall effect may well by Linda Mary

Talkback: Growing hebes
. When it is in flower it comes out in a white flower, I have no idea what its name is, but it just gets covered in bees, they love it. I have also got purple one growing in a pot that I bought at an auction and that also flowers really well. I don't do by oldchippy

How long do Lupins live?
, to prolong the flowering period. I think if they set seed, the new plants will always be purple-flowered, but I may be wrong about that. Thanks everyone.  Hope mine last a bit longer than a couple of years as I have quite a few!  Sotongeoff, your lupins look by Lunarz

Lupin Seeds
as small cheap plants but have grown into lovely shrubs and still flowering. Although they are growing I think it's too early (even for me) to take cuttings now. The purple one had some lovely off shoots last year which I gave to a non gardening friend by Gardening Granny

Your top performing BLUE clematis
type (ie group1, 2 or 3?)  Many of the most reliable large flowered (gp2) types are on the purple side. ^I'm surprised that Alpina forms are not hardy for some.  This is 'Frances Rivis' which I like very much..     I find in my garden that montana by happycottontail

to look more like a flower garden. Swiss and ruby chard, multi-variety lettuce seed mixes, Borage for its beautifull flowers, french beans with purple flowers and dark pods and many other vegetables in regulation green. Any spaces are filled with flowers by abbed
