More blue n yellow
here, partly because I never remember where anything is and when it flowers. I like yellow and blue too, got lots of it i the garden at the moment with grape hyacinths and primroses.  Also orange and purple and red and green.  But I am a bit likr by Verdun

Looking for plant suggestions
beautiful with the Blue flowers of the Ceanothus. Hiya punkdocI,have Diablo but don't know if I really like it. It's more,brown than purple. Friends say they like it but I don't know............you like it? yes even brown looks good i saw some by Sarah Hill

Colour!
, bronzes, rich deep reds and I like to set them off with white flowers and some purple foliage.  I also like to play with foliage contrasts so have a rhythm of deep purple and golden foliage plants in amongst all the different shades and forms of green. I by artjak

Mystery Plants from inherited garden

Cut Flowers for September Wedding Bouquet?

backardee i will try one of those Mine push up through just about any herbaceous perennial, but are particularly nice through alchemilla mollis as they flower lime green under the purple alliums, or through persicaria 'dimity' as that flowers well after by Aliesh

Wedding Flowers

Plant ID's please!
Hellebore-Helleborus foetidus. Number 5...I have it in my garden or should have but it certainly isn't flowering yet.... it is Purple Toadflax-Linaria purpurea. Hi Nola,  Thank you very much, no.3 is definately Sildalcea and No.4 could well be a Hellebore by lennyboy

Does anyone know what these two plants are?
a weed of cultivated land not good seeing as its all over my garden I'm not v. good at this, but could the top one be a Veronica? I think that purple is one of the linarias from the shape of the individual flowers. I should think the second by Poppy Lady

Perennial wallflower
those in the garden are looking very sorry for themselves as most of the leaves have gone and those that are left are a dark purple probably meaning they will fall off.  However, flower buds are starting to appear but the overall effect may well by Linda Mary
