Spirit of Chartwell
Sorry if this isn't the appropriate section, but I would just like to say a word of praise for Rachel de Thame for the incredible work she did in organising the floral display aboard the royal barge Spirit of Chartwell, during the Queen's recent by David K

Can any one tell me what to do with an Azales that was flowering at Christmas
Hello Gil, First of all have a look at Rachel de Thame's video guide on caring for azaleas given as gifts at Christmas. The video focuses on wintertime and you'll need to do a few more things the rest of the year to give your azalea the best chance by Gil

Talkback: Monty Don returns to Gardeners' World
. Disappointing news. Toby and Alys were very down to earth. Rachel de Thame couldn't be more opposite. And for Greenacres, will we get to see its development? Reading people believe this is a step back..........I have not watched GW since Monty finished. Toby by Nick T

GW Presenters
de Thame.   Alys Fowler seems to have a far superior gardening knowledge than Rachel and, in my opinion, she is infinitely more watchable.   She brought a freshness and has radical ideas that the programme badly needed.   Every time Rachel de Thame by andrea3

Gardens devoid of life
which has been mentioned a couple of times on this board, and Rachel De Thame waxed lyrical about last night. I am finding more and more that the stylised designer gardens leave me completely cold. I have lived through it all.  When I was fisrt allowed by Mrs Evans

generation gardeners starting from scratch don't have that luxury and are starting from a blank canvas. I'm still waiting to hear what Rachel is bringing to the programme! She's the only presenter I've ever seen on GW who wore gloves when she was planting by Lorrie, Sheffield

always forget to put suncream on when weeding....I'd love to look like Rachel de Thame but I don't think its going to happen soon. Ski wear is fab for winter gardening. If you can pick up a jacket in the sales, you'll never feel the January chill again. I by Lorrie Flannery

Talkback: Toby Buckland
. Gardening has many facets and many different gardeners and I believe Toby has something for all of us! Let's give Toby Buckland a chance. I've always enjoyed Monty Don's quiet style of presentation. Jo Swift, Sarah Raven and Rachel de Thame are all excellent by kaycurtis20002000@yahoo.co.uk
