Scarifier / aerators / rake
, or a combi scarifier / rake, or whether to hire one.  I bought one of those manual hollow tine aerator intending to brush sharp sand into the holes but the tines got jammed with sticky clay -  it was such a fag I gave up.   I have seen petrol  pluggers by Gold1locks

Having cleared our drive of 30 inches of snow, I now have vast amounts of gravel that I accidentally shovelled with the snow onto the lawn.  Any ideas what I can do???? Just rake it off then brush it off when lawn is dry. Maybe have to reseed a bit by diamonda

Autumn planted onion sets
Hi All Last autumn I planted some onion sets at my allotment. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to rake lightly and carefully between the bulbs and add some growmore or some other fertiliser at this time. Any ideas?     I planted some too by Madeleine51

Moss
died off you can rake it out then overseed any bare patches. Moss tends to indicate poor drainage, so the very least to do after treating it would be to aerate the soil with a fork before preparing to re seed. Or you may well be back to square one again by jenniferrussell
