rose arch dilemma
to prune them.  there was something recently on Gardener's World, but mine does nto really fit either category.  It's a prolific red rose climbing over a pergola, and it flowers at least twice, so in theory it's a climber?  it's very vigorous, and is hard by Lesley 4

Stunted Rose
pruned and fed along with other roses in my garden.  It refuses to put on any leaves apart from a few at the top of each of it's four branches, and it has formed one bud. I can't find any pests apart from a touch of black spot which was treated by lilly3

Climbing Rose
I have had a climbing rose (yellow coloured flowers) in the garden now for 2 years and have yet to get a flower.  Vigorous growth from it but just no flowers.  It is against a wall which receives a fair amount of sunshine. How is it trained by sunshine in the garden

Rose recommended
it's best productivity-wise, but was a beautiful feature in the garden, both visually and for wildlife.   I've found Rambling Rector to be a wonderful rose to grow through an old tree  http://www.classicroses.co.uk/products/roses by Regina Galvin

Rocky soil
Hello. I was  wondering if anyone had any advise for me. My husband and I have just moved into a fairly modern house and were digging out the beds in the back garden ready for our roses. We have. As we dug away, about spade and half in we hit rock by Kel Plaistow
