What does Monty think?
gardeners will be able to find lots of info on sites like this as to how to use it.  Jeyes Fluid and Armillotox can no longer be marketed as soil sterilising treatments or winter tar wash for fruit and roses, but you can still buy them, same formulation by Clancy22

Weed or not?
on it later -(they look gorgeous in a vase with pink roses).  Later in the season after it's flowered and begins to look straggly, just chop it back to a few inches above the ground and it'll quickly send out lovely fresh leaves again.  It'll also self by Sazac
