Rose worry!
Hi I have a rose bush which I planted last October, it seemed to start growing ok during spring (about 2 foot tall - is this normal?), but I am forever brushing off aphids and putting ladybirds near it!  Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed by caz11

Rose cuttings
Hope this is an okay place to ask this. A relative has recently died and I'd like to take a cutting from the roses in her garden. They travelled here via cutting in the 60s so it's important to us to keep them going. How should I go about doing a by Panoply

Floppy Rose
I have a two year old rose, "Wild Eve". It seems healthy and flowers freely but has an odd habit. All the stems arch and spread on the ground. Consequently the flowers, which are heavy, face down and push their faces into the soil! Is this because by lilly3

Wild rose
I have a wild rose on one side planted by previous owner of land. Do I prune it down for thicker growth , leave it ? I hate the prickly stems but lovely flowers and hips . I'd prune the older growth out. wild roses are very large plants with long by bunnysgarden

Climbing Roses
Hi just bought 2 climbing roses to cover the arch at the top of my garden would like to plant them in 2 wooden planters i built 2feet square and 2feet deep. When is the best time to put them out i have top soil & compost mixed would that be alright by Andy19

Rust on Roses

Rose "cutting"
I'm hoping one of you can help out on this one please? My cousin is in a hospice and when I visited the other week we wandered past the most beautiful rose. It's a climber and although I don't know the varity  it reminds me of one we had at our by Moonlit Hare

Scented roses?
I recently bought Gertrude Jekyll & Falstaff, Would it be best to plant them in different areas, would the perfumes clash or compliment each other? Well I've never known Rose scents to clash with each other. I guess it's up to you, but I think I by grannyjanny
