strange behaviour in roses
. One plant changed its external characteristics i.e leaf shape and colour. I have not found any reference to this. What is this process called? I know its pollination that occurs, but what is the process in which the rose stems entwine and the whole by Ynnead

Rose Cuttings Question
Hi I took some rose cuttings whilst pruning my rambling rose after it flowered, following the instructions given from the Garderners World Website.  The leaves I left at the top of the stems all died, however 2 of the cuttings have lots of new by curlyone

Talkback: Rose bloom balling
my light pink roses have developed darker pink splodgees and rings on them,dose anyone know what this is?? I'm looking for a pink rose bush, with good scent but not too thorny. Also with very good repeat flowering. Any suggestions We had a hard by cherrypip

indoor potted roses

Pruning Young Roses
My rose bushes, which are just 2 years old, have already put  on a lot of new growth.  Is it too late to prune them? No-but do it soon Thanks very much. by bandittabby2

This is to do with roses - can anyone who is reading this please help. I saw on 31st January gardening section of the Daily Telegraph about a rose that has quite thick red stems and is rather architectural - apparently looks lovely when the sun by Gran_to_be_Ann

New gardener rose question
Hi I bought 2 roses for daughter and other half - Katherine and Sophie (roses were named)  Sophie is going great, however Katherine is looking pretty unwell. I have tried lots of bug spr   ays, but still the plant declines,. any thoughts? Bugs aren by biff227

David Austin Roses
Visited my local waitrose today, they are beginning to set up garden centre sections, and they were selling containers of David Austin roses at £20 for two. Considering how much DA roses are usually I thought it a good deal, Sorry though didn't note by Matty2

rose arch dilemma
Last year I planted 2 David Austin clair austin roses against my rose arch.  I don't expect them to make much height this summer and would like to add something that will grow fast and complement the roses this summer. Any suggestions please? Would by Lesley 4

best shrub rose for an east fence
I have a space in an east facing border I'd like to fill with a shrub rose. I have loads of other roses in my garden, as the soil is perfect for them - heavy, clay, free draining etc. but none in that particular bed. Ideally looking for a white by freshairfanatic
