Does anyone know the name of this plant?
Was interrupted by trying to upload photo and failing.  Sorry.  This plant is very like a dandelion but taller with thin grass-like leaves emanating from its stem.  The flower is like a "neat" dandelion and the seedhead is just beautiful.  Huge by fiona10

spread out around. In heavy soils it is a good idea to add some grit to help drainage. The simplest rule about most perennials is to cut them back when you have got bored of them. Some have fabulous seedheads and skeletal outlines than last through by ruth harris

Superb Clematis
and Arabella will flower continously from late May through till first frost. Arabella will produce seedheads, which I take off as I think it encourages further flowers. Unfortunately, I think you will not be able to find Clematis Thorpe Cloud for sale in the UK by cactusflower57

Aquileigias & Honesty
to see what happens.  With Aquiliegias cut the seed heads off and you may get more flowers this year, and anyway it'll help the plants bulk up for next year - they're perennial.  Leave a few seedheads on your favourite plants if you want them to self by Dipadee
